Andrew Thompson, who runs the Huntleys + Palmers record label out of Glasgow, was a big fan of the Generators project. In 2017 he commissioned a remix in that style for a Ivan Smagghe and Rupert Cross reworks EP. I asked poet Marke Bieschke to compose prose and Kevin Clarke to perform the voiceover. The remix would eventually appear on the vinyl record and distributed in record shops worldwide.
